ORDER
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY:
At La’ Scoot, we strive to make sure you
have the best experience while selecting and buying your favourite Men’s
occasion wear. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are
times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances
beyond your or our control.
· Exchange
Policy:
Exchanges are
applicable in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other
than the size ordered). La’ Scoot will change only the products purchased
online from www.lascoot.com.
Products can be
exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery provided the product should
have all the tags and labels intact. In case of broken tags the product shall
be considered as a used product. The exchange can take place through online
dispatch only.
In case of return, the
team will evaluate the product on certain criteria like used, unaltered and
with invoice. Exchanges are allowed with
same or different product with same or higher price.
Please reach out to us
within 48 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with
regards to the product received as damaged, found with manufacturing defect, or
any other issues. We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to
us after 7 days of receiving the shipment, so please make sure you report the
matter to us, and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the
return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a
"Return Accepted" Confirmation email from us, we will not be able to
entertain such requests.
· Can
I cancel my order after placing the order?
In case of change in
mind after placing the order you can cancel the order till the product is not
dispatched from our end.
· What
is the return process?
1. In
case you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please
ensure that you report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the product by
raising a return request on www.lascoot.com under My account.
2. Upload
picture of Invoice, Product and Tag duly attached with the product and mention
the problem faced by you in using the product.
3. You
will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us on confirming a Return
Authorisation, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you
receive this email from us. We will be unable to process any "Items
Returned" without the Return Authorisation Reference.
4. You
are requested to self- ship the products after you receive the return
authorisation from us. Refunds are subject to your returns being inspected upon
receipt at our end. The amount will be credited in your cart upon approval.
In case you are
self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and
upload the same along with shipping details under My account on www.lascoot.com
so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be
liable for items damaged in transit in case of self-shipped. The shipping
charge is non-refundable.
· Where
do I send my return?
Please make sure that
the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with
the La’ Scoot order number. Please also include the original invoice as proof
of purchase with the return.
· How
long will the process take?
It can take 15 days or
longer for us to receive your return depending upon your location and the
courier service used by you. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect
the same and process it within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as
soon as possible.
On successfully
processing the refund, the refund amount would be credited to your La’ Scoot
account as a voucher or credit points. You would be able to use this credit on
any of your subsequent purchases on lascoot.com.
